Past participants describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course in the PADI program. You learn to prevent and manage problems in the water and develop confidence in using your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed. Develop your understanding of being a better and trusted buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature. The course is fun but it is serious stuff too and through the laughter there is real focused learning. Open to PADI Adventure Divers (who are at least 12 years old) and who have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive may enrol in a Rescue Diver course. Also needed to complete the Rescue Diver Certification is the Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care with currency within the past 24 months.
