Confined Water basic skills
Five CW sessions are completed in shallow, calm and controlled conditions. Your instructor will carefully explain and demonstrate each skill and you will practice until you have mastered the techniques. A 200m swim & 10 min float is also completed.
Open Water Dives – use your skills and explore – the fun part!
Four dives in the open sea, in varied conditions, where you will repeat the key skills you learnt in CW. You will have the opportunity to explore some of our fantastic diving sites around the Cyprus coastline, observe the Mediterranean Sea life, see roman amphora and much more.
